Shouldn't I be MOVING BETTER with all the exercise I do?
The exercise programs of today which were popularized in the past by the bodybuilders well before exercise science ever existed are leaving people less flexible, more prone to injury and short of their fitness goals. Many traditional exercises do not transfer to real life such as playing sports, running around with your kids, bringing in the groceries, helping someone move, and many other activities and daily tasks. With the common exercise programs as we age our ability to move with freedom will be diminished. A more functional training program that incorporates larger ranges of motion mimicking real life movements has been proven by science to be optimal in burning more fat, increasing functional strength, increasing flexibility and overall health helping people to MOVE, FEEL and LOOK BETTER.
